Personality & Forensic Assessments

Forensic psychological evaluation for legal cases

What We Offer

At Empowered People & Co, we provide comprehensive personality and forensic assessments for individuals with complex psychological presentations or those navigating legal and systemic processes.

These assessments are designed to uncover personality traits, behavioural patterns, and potential risks, all through a lens of trauma-informed care, clinical integrity, and deep respect for the individual’s context. Whether you’re seeking therapeutic direction, involved in court proceedings, or managing high-support needs, our assessments are built to inform, not label.

Who It’s For

This service is designed for individuals seeking to understand how their personality patterns may influence their mental health, behaviour, or relationships. It supports people navigating long-standing interpersonal, emotional, or identity challenges, as well as those referred for forensic psychological evaluation by legal, clinical, or support services. We also assist individuals involved in criminal, civil, or family court matters requiring structured psychological reports, and NDIS participants with complex behavioural or emotional presentations who need formal input to support planning or funding decisions.
