Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services

At Empowered People & Co, we provide confidential, evidence-based EAP services designed to support employee wellbeing, resilience, and performance across the workplace. Our services are flexible, responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of individuals, teams, and organisations.

We offer short-term psychological support to assist employees with a wide range of personal and work-related concerns, including stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, trauma exposure, workplace conflict, and major life transitions. Sessions are delivered in a supportive, non-judgemental environment and are adapted to each individual’s goals, communication style, and circumstances.

We work collaboratively with organisations to ensure services are practical, accessible, and aligned with workplace demands. In addition to individual counselling, we support leaders and teams through consultation, education, and targeted interventions that promote psychological safety, early intervention, and sustainable wellbeing.

Our clinicians also provide manager and HR consultations, supporting leaders to navigate complex situations, mental health concerns in the workplace, and appropriate referral pathways, while maintaining clear professional and ethical boundaries.

Where required, we can provide summary reports, wellbeing recommendations, and return-to-work or adjustment guidance, within the limits of consent, confidentiality, and AHPRA standards.

We work with:

  • Employees across all levels, including frontline staff, professionals, leaders, and executives

  • Individuals experiencing workplace stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, or adjustment difficulties

  • Employees impacted by critical incidents, vicarious trauma, or organisational change

  • Workplaces seeking proactive mental health support and early intervention strategies

  • Managers and HR teams requiring guidance on supporting staff wellbeing

  • Organisations committed to building psychologically safe, resilient, and high-functioning teams

Our Approach

We take a person-centred, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach, grounded in respect, discretion, and collaboration. Our focus is on practical strategies that support wellbeing, functioning, and confidence — both at work and beyond. We aim to create outcomes that feel meaningful, empowering, and sustainable for individuals and organisations alike.

Confidentiality & Professional Standards

All EAP services are delivered in line with AHPRA requirements, ethical guidelines, and privacy legislation. Employee confidentiality is prioritised at all times, with information shared only where consent is provided or where legally required.
