We offer support groups, domestic violence recovery programs, emotional regulation and resilience training (Regulate & Rise), and specialised post-incarceration supports focused on reintegration and reducing recidivism.

We also run culturally-grounded programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, acknowledging systemic challenges and fostering self-determination and empowerment.

Book a connection call or yarn

We know reaching out takes courage, and in fairness, sometimes asking for help is the hardest thing to do. That’s why we offer a brief connection call (or yarn), as a gentle first step toward feeling supported.

Whether you’re exploring therapy, assessments, or NDIS supports, this is a space to share what’s brought you here, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit for your journey and how we can support you at each step along the way.
